A canoeing paradise of nearly 1.2 million acres, Quetico Provincial Park is directly north of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness along the Minnesota-Ontario border. Like the BWCAW, Quetico is managed as wilderness. The park is accessible at five points by canoe and one point by automobile.
