The Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness Gala honors those who have made a difference for the wilderness we love, connecting supporters of the Boundary Waters and clean water, and raising funds for our No Boundaries to the Boundary Waters educational program.

Getting to the Event and parking
The Gala will take place at:

Parking is kitty corner from the venue. We will have volunteers there to help guests make their way to our Gala.

Attire
We like to say that our dress code is something like “Northwoods meets cocktail hour.” And while our event will be indoors with a seated meal, we want you to be comfortable, so wear what will make for an enjoyable evening!

Dinner & program with the presentation of the Conservation Award, live auction, and fund-a-need

Event concludes – Silent auction bidding closes, but feel free to stick around to network, enjoy a cocktail and check out with any silent auction wins

Silent Auction
Take a look at our array of fun and unique items and adventures on our Silent Auction website. You may have already received an email and know that you can start bidding now. Don’t worry though – you’ll have time to view these in person on Friday and we’ll close the bidding at the event

COVID-19 safety
We want to ensure the health and safety of all guests and will be following the protocols recommended by the CDC. If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, we ask that you test yourself and stay home if you find a positive result.

All funds raised during the Gala support youth, school, community programming, and our scholarship program sending diverse and underserved students across Minnesota on five-day life changing canoe experiences in the Boundary Waters.
