Educator Resources
Enhance STEM learning using digital and virtual education tools that bring the Boundary Waters Wilderness to your classroom.
Bring the Boundary Waters to Your Classroom
To meet the wide and shifting range of needs in Minnesota schools at this time, we are now providing FREE online resources. The flexible curriculum is created for students in grades 6–12, ages 11–18, and designed to adapt to grade levels, schools, focus areas, and teacher preference. These programs meet state standards in Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Math.

Interact & Apply
Your Knowledge
GIS mapping tools, 3-D models, and beautiful footage allow students to interact with the information in different ways. Students can explore, use their senses, go at their own pace, and engage their critical thinking as they collect evidence in BWCA-themed investigations.
Explore Your Neighborhood
Grab a pencil and pen, or even a smartphone, and head outside! Each unit brings an opportunity for students to relate the material to their own surroundings and make observations in the green spaces in their own community.
