Lunch with the Friends: Behind the Taxpayer Protection Act

Lunch with the Friends
Behind the Taxpayer Protection Act
Thursday, February 24th
12-1pm Central Time

Should taxpayers pay to clean up the mess left by copper-sulfide mining? We don’t think so either. This week, we introduced the Taxpayer Protection Act into the Minnesota legislature. This common-sense law would protect Minnesota taxpayers from being forced to pay for any environmental clean-up that may result from this risky type of mining operation.

Want to know more about why the Taxpayer Protection Act is necessary, and what it entails?

Join us on Thursday at noon for a Lunch with the Friends webinar to understand how this proposed law can help fight copper sulfide mining and protect taxpayers.
