Take a journey into the heart of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, a breathtaking wilderness that spans over a million acres of pristine lakes, forests, and waterways. Learn about recreation, ecosystems, and the importance of preserving this natural treasure for future generations.

Discover how Friends of the BWCA and how they are actively working towards preserving and protecting the Boundary Waters and Minnesota’s clean water through conservation efforts, advocacy work, and educational initiatives that aim to create a sustainable future for all Minnesotans.
