Join us on June 7th at Wild Rumpus for a special storytime celebrating the magic of the northwoods with Minnesota author Mary Casanova!

The featured book is Casanova’s newest, Northwoods Lullaby, a lyrical bedtime story that follows a child and their grown-up on an evening hike through the northwoods, where loons glide across serene lakes, bear cubs scramble up trees, and wolf pups play near their den. Pairing Casanova’s signature lyrical prose with stunning collage illustrations by Jordan Sundberg of Tin Cup Design, this springtime lullaby celebrates new life and invites readers of all ages to slow down and discover the wonder of the natural world.

In honor of her deep roots in this landscape and the urgent work to protect it, 10% of all Wild Rumpus sales on June 7th will benefit Friends of the Boundary Waters, to lead the fight to preserve and steward this incredible wilderness for generations to come. Come hear a story — and maybe take one home with you.
