Every wilderness needs great friends – and we’re pretty sure we’ve got the best ones. The kind who turn time in wild places into lifelong memories, build real connections along the way, and keep showing up for the Boundary Waters, year after year.

We’re grateful for this community, and as we celebrate 50 years of protecting the Boundary Waters, we can’t think of a better way to mark the moment than gathering with you at our new basecamp. Come by anytime during the open hours; there’s no formal program, just good company.

You’ll be able to:

• Take a look around the Friends’ new office
• Catch up with Friends’ staff and fellow supporters
• Share Boundary Waters memories and stories
• Enjoy light refreshments and good company
