This Friday, we’ll be involved in an important legal argument that may help determine whether PolyMet can open a dangerous copper-sulfide mine that could pollute Lake Superior.

What’s at stake is whether the Swiss-owned mining conglomerate can move forward with an incomplete Permit to Mine that illegally allows it to use a risky and untested scheme to contain reactive mining waste.

For this important event, we want you to join us at our office for a live viewing party.

We’ll provide drinks (beer, cider, root beer and more!) and a whole tray of snacks to complete the event!

Our legal director, Max Kieley will kick things off with a short debrief on the key issues of the case, then we’ll live stream the event.
