Hike Description

Climate Change has become a topic that has been a key element in political debates for more than a decade now. There is an extensive amount of research on the topic and new facts come to light every year, but for some there is an emotional detachment or blatant denial of the issue. Although in the modern age humans simply adjust their thermostats to compensate, the plants and animals that live along with us cannot. Changes in biodiversity and animal behavior is one of the major indicators that the global climate is changing. While we explore the beautiful scenery we will discover the changing landscape and discuss the changes forest managers are making to compensate.
